Either one of these incentives will be offered to newly hired RN’s or LPN’s committing to work from 24 up to 40 hours per week as a Charge Nurse at MSLCC. Applicants choose the perk according to their preference & stated criteria.
The $5,000 Sign On Bonus will be paid out as follows:
- $1,250 will be paid out every six months of employment as a RN/LPN.

The Nurse Education Loan Repayment Program pays up to $6000.00 over 3 years of employment.
