It’s About Choice
Our dietitians don’t just plan meals – they create innovative menus that are prepared by some of the finest chefs in Bismarck! Our staff average over 10 years of experience and have passed a national restaurant serve safe exam.
Residents here are able to choose between two entrées, soup, salad and sandwich options at each meal. Selective menus and a variety of specialized diets are available. We use a computerized food delivery system that integrates our menus with each individual resident’s specific food preferences, dislikes and nutritional needs.
Look Who’s Coming to Dinner!
Residents can enjoy fine meals with friends and family in one of our beautiful, spacious dining rooms. And if it’s a smaller, cozy affair you’d rather have, just reserve one of our private dining rooms where you can order guest meals or bring in your own food. Residents can host guests for a meal fee whenever they choose, however holiday seating is very limited.
